Corrosion/Rust Protection Options

TRADITIONAL SPRAY-ON INNER PANEL RUST INHIBITOR PROTECTION:
  • O.E.M. approved cavity waxes and seam sealers are applied to the inner panels of a vehicle through existing factory drains, seams and body panels.
  • This professionally applied product helps to form a barrier against harmful elements like road salt, liquid brine and moisture that can lead to corrosion damage.
  • As tested in salt spray chambers and confirmed by the S.A.E. (Society of Automotive Engineers), our coatings will last beyond 10 years and are one of the best ways to help protect against corrosion damage.
  • Provides warrantied coverage (for eligible vehicles based on model year) against rust perforation.

FINAL COAT ECO-FRIENDLY CORROSION PROTECTION MODULE:
  • Despite advances in auto manufacturing, it is imperative to protect your vehicle from corrosion and rust.
  • Final Coat is proud to offer you the most advanced corrosion protection available, our electromagnetic rust inhibitor, the CM-4000.
  • With over 20 years of field and laboratory testing, the CM-4000 is proven 99.7% effective in reducing the rate of corrosion on automotive sheet metal.
  • Final Coat electromagnetic corrosion protection is a R.F. (radio frequency) electromagnetic pulse wave (non-cathodic) signal which enhances the galvanizing properties of your vehicles sheet metal.
  • The electromagnetic corrosion module works by emitting a carefully-designed, high frequency, battery-driven pulse wave that travels on both the inside and outside surface of the vehicle sheet metal.
  • The pulse wave helps inhibit the corrosion process, which occurs naturally on any metal. Sprays cannot protect your vehicle from all forms of rust.
  • Provides warranted coverage (for eligible vehicles based on model year) against rust perforation and paint bubbling.

UNDERCOATING PROTECTION:
  • Thick licorice colored seam coat that is applied to the visible undercarriage of the vehicle , providing protection for vulnerable areas.
  • Professionally applied and will not affect any areas that are not treated, such as brake lines, exhaust or drive shafts.
  • Product is abrasion resistant and seal-sealing to protect against small road debris.
  • Covers the critical areas to help prevent moisture, chemicals and salt from reaching the underneath metal which could cause rust to form.

Package Options:

CORROSION PROTECTION PLUS:

  • Combines Our Final Coat Corrosion Protection Module with Traditional Inner Panel Spray-on Rust Inhibitor and Undercoating
  • Vehicles Current Model Year and Up to Four Years Old Qualify for Warranted Coverage against:
  • Rust Perforation (defined as, a hole caused by rust or corrosion through the finished painted body sheet metal panels, frame and floorboards. The covered areas of your vehicle are the roof, rear quarter panels, front fenders, doors, rocker panels, engine hood, trunk lid, tailgate, frame and floorboards)
  • Paint Bubbling Damage (defined as a paint bubble on the painted outer-body sheet metal panels where no rust and/or bare metal is showing and the paint is not broken, cracked, split, chipped, peeled, delaminated, flaked, worn off or missing around or leading up to the paint bubble. The covered areas of your vehicle are the outer-body sheet metal panels — ones that are finish-painted and that someone can see when walking around the vehicle. These areas are the roof, rear quarter panels and front fenders. The doors, engine hood, trunk lid and tailgate are also covered for paint bubbling damage that is visible from the exterior of the vehicle, when these panels are in their closed position).
  • Length of warranty coverage is based on age of vehicle. Please ask to see a copy of the product warranty for complete coverage, limits of liability and exclusions.

  • Diamond Ceramic with Graphene Paint Protection
  • Vehicles Current and Up to 3 Model Years Old Qualify for Warranted Coverage against:
    • Rust Perforation (defined as, a hole through the treated sheet metal of the vehicle, caused by corrosion originating on the inside face of the panel).
    • Surface Corrosion (defined as, Visible rust on a treated, factory painted exterior metal surface of the vehicle).
    • Paint Protection (defined as, protect treated factory painted surfaces against permanent damage from weather induced fading, loss of gloss, chalking, acid-rain, tree sap, bird waste, insect damage, sun’s UV rays, hard water spots, de-icing agents/road salt, ocean spray, brake dust and rail dust.
  • Length of warranty coverage is based on age of vehicle. Please ask to see a copy of the product warranty for complete coverage, limits of liability and exclusions.
